Mick Poole was a keeper on the timbers roster from 1977- through 1981, although he’s only on the indoor team roster for the 80-81 season. This picture is from the 1979 season. Originally posted without credit on Facebook, the original source is the old reliable NASL Jerseys site which appears to have been recently updated in April, at long last, the contact page link is working, there appears to be less broken links in general. Mick originally came from Rochdale AFC before spending time on loan with the Denver Dynamos and the Portland Timbers, who eventually signed him outright. He would go on to play for the Houston Summit, and Baltimore Blast before ending his career back in Rochdale, which is located in greater Manchester. I’m not sure who is correct, Wikipedia and NASL Jerseys have somewhat conflicting information, or else the schedules didn’t quite align in. away that makes it easy to vsiualize.
